1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Librynt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Librynt is a cloud-based, multi-tenant library management platform designed for educational institutions. The Service includes catalog management, circulation, analytics, and related tools accessible via web browser.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at libryntsystems@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access other tenants' data
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute access without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Librynt. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time in standard formats.

6. Pricing & Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and provide 24/7 support. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Librynt's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
